On December 12th Sunburst Projects welcomed Vicki Barbolak and her “Trailer Nasty” Comedy show at the 24th Street Theatre in Sacramento.  Two local opening acts, Suzette Veneti and Melissa McGillicuddy, got the audience laughing and warmed up for Vicki’s side-splitting act! Vicki Barbolak was a Top 10 Finalist on Season 13 of America’s Got Talent.  Sunburst is very grateful to Vicki Barbolak and all of our supporters who came to the show and helped us raise money so we can continue to do our important work supporting youth and families living with HIV/AIDS.

Our "Camp Out for Sunburst" event at Faces Nightclub last month was a huge success! Thank you to Terry Sidie, owner of Faces, Precious Cargo our MC, and all of the incredible drag queens who made the evening so fun! And a big thank you to all of our guests who came out to support our important work in the community. We raised over $16,000!! This will be a yearly event, so stay tuned for details on our 2020 Camp Out!
