Under the supervision of the EOP Program Manager, the Sexual Health Test Counselor provides HIV and STI counseling and testing. Triage HIV-positive patients into medical care and provides PrEP prevention case management. Coordinate, schedule, and conduct outreach events to specifically target Black/African American and Hispanic men who have sex with men, bisexual men and transgender clients; and create and sustain working relationships with businesses and community members where outreaches will be conducted.
